The imported goods are all manufactured in accordance with international standards such as B.S., DIN, and TUV, by companies authorized by the appropriate ISO 9000 quality assurance authority of their country.

Since 1997, Shatal ltd. has its own quality assurance department authorized by the Israeli Standards Institution to the ISO 9002 standard. Shatal is responsible for the merchandise during its purchase and after, promising full technical support with anything related to installment or maintenance of the equipment.
